The Minnesota state Patrol arrested a 48-year-old February 1 on charges of driving while impaired in Southern Minnesota. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety says that 2,573 drivers were arrested on DWI charges during the month of September. A total of 314 law enforcement agencies were involved in the statewide tally.

Local police and state troopers across the state are participating in the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign throughout Minnesota during the entire month of December.
