As a Legal Assistant, Shaleen Torjesen has been the point of contact for Keller Law
Offices and has been an instrumental part of our criminal defense team for over 18
years.
With over 30 total years’ experience as a Legal Assistant working in criminal defense,
she has extensive experience and knowledge regarding the rules and procedures of court
and has successfully assisted in navigating thousands of clients through the criminal
justice system.
She understands that facing a criminal charge can be one of the most stressful,
challenging and terrifying experiences in a person’s life, and will take the time to explain
each phase of the case beginning with the intake process, charging phase, court
proceedings and hearing dates through evidence collection and case resolution.
Clients not only appreciate her extensive legal knowledge, but also the compassion she
has for her work and her empathetic nature. She takes time to listen to their fears and
concerns while bringing a sense of calm and order to even the most chaotic situations.
