Judge Abrams is hearing thousands of DWI criminal cases and implied consent driver’s license cases all challenging the source code or software for the Intoxilyzer used to test drivers suspected of DWI. In addition, attorney Keller has been an active member of the Source Code dream team, having written several motions and contributed to the questioning of expert witnesses.
